chore: .gitignore java/target/ + 实体 JSON 字段添加 @JsonRawValue

- 将 java/target/ 加入 .gitignore 并从版本控制中移除编译产物
- 为 7 个 Entity 的 JSON 字符串字段添加 @JsonRawValue 注解，避免 Jackson 序列化时二次转义
